The original house at 86 Peter Street was built in the early 1900's.  It has been a residential home, a small hospital for women having babies, developed into four residential units in the 1950's and in 2004, redeveloped as three serviced apartments.

In designing the internal layout, care was taken to ensure privacy to each apartment and to maximise the existing area so that each unit has a sense of space and the comforts of a 'home away from home'.

Unfortunately, very few of the original features remain, however, with the refurbishment comes the convenience of modern amenities and a style of décor that has a 'boutique' ambience.
